Subscribers or customers, employees, clients/advertisers, employees of clients, suppliers, service providers, contract partners and contact persons in the aforementioned categories of people. 

 

Clients/advertisers:

Data of Reitsport BRANCHE subscribers and/or clients:

Persons responsible for the internal data management and head of data processing, computing personnel as well as an external data processing centre, authorities, courts and other official institutions, social insurance carriers, banking institutions for payment processing, shipping service providers.

 

5.         Envisaged time limits for erasure of the different categories of data (Art. 30 (1) (f) GDPR) 

Legislature has imposed a variety of retention obligations and periods. After the expiration of these periods, the corresponding data is erased as a matter of routine, provided it is no longer required for fulfilling the contract. Unless data are affected by this, they will be erased, if the purposes laid down in clause 2 cease to apply (i.e. the purpose is fulfilled). 

 

6.         Transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation (Art. 30 (1) (e) GDPR) 

The transfer of personal data to third countries is not envisaged; it may take place, however, if the transfer is required in the context of an order and only at the express request of the customer. In the case of a data transfer to a recognised third-party state as laid down in Art. 49 (1) GDPR or as a result of the EU standard contract or a contract approved by a supervisory authority, the appropriate safeguards are documented according to Art. 46 GDPR.

Data transfer for the purpose of fulfilling the contract

To fulfil the contract, we will transfer your data to the shipping company charged with the delivery to the extent necessary for the delivery. Payment of the services/adverts usually takes place after the invoice has been issued. Therefore, the storage of data beyond the invoice address is not necessary and will not be made. Should other payment procedures be applied, then only at the express request of the respective client and with the explicit consent for the use of the required data and their storage.

 

Collection and use of data for the execution of the contract and opening of a client account
